5.Maintenance

All of our machines are on a routine maintenance program. Each machine is routinely inspected and calibrated,preventing unnecessary downtime due to machine malfunctions. A log is kept at each machine for documentation and future reference

7.CNC Machine

The total quantity of our equipments is over 60 sets. CNC tech will not be a problem for us which also increase our working efficiency in stamping, bending, riveting, die casting, shearing and so on. What is more, every machine will be periodically inspected and maintained for the smooth production.
